Our commercial service include (but not limited to):
-Vacuuming carpeted areas
-Dusting and mopping hard surface floors
-Dust and spot clean all office furniture
-Complete detailed cleaning of the restrooms
-Complete detailed cleaning of the kitchens
-And more to satisfy your requests
What is not included:
• Moving heavy furniture and/or appliances
• Cleaning inside closets (we do not want to move/touch your personal items)
• Washing dishes
• Washing clothes and doing laundry
• Ironing clothes
• Cleaning pet areas or taking care of pets such as feeding and cleansing (we
are pet friendly though)
We are equipped with our own supplies, however if you prefer for us to use your
supplies, we will gladly do so.
Any other services requested, including consumables (paper towels, toilet
paper, trash liners, hand soap) will be billed to client at an additional cost as
outlined in our terms and agreements. In exchange for the lowest pricing in the
industry, we ask our clients to use email only as communication with our sales
and client services staff. Service on federal or religious holidays is an additional
cost.
